1. Acceptance of the terms
By using the website mapioland.com or requesting information about Mapio's services, you accept the terms described in this document.
2. Service offered
Mapio is a specialized georeferenced interactive mapping service developed by Proaxdata. Each implementation combines a proprietary platform with configuration, information structuring and development according to the project.
- Mapio platform — Technology base to publish and review information over an interactive map.
- Specialized services — Digitization, georeferencing, design, configuration, integrations, training and support according to the agreed scope.
- Additional capabilities — Orthophotos, 360° panoramas, geospatial processing, integrations and modules built for each case.

3. Proposals and pricing
The scope, price, timeline and delivery method are set in an individual proposal after reviewing the project. They may vary depending on:
- Extent, complexity and quality of the available information
- Number of elements, layers, users or access levels
- Tools, integrations and specific developments required
- Additional survey, production or processing of geospatial information
A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Payment terms
Payments are made in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate on the invoicing date, or in USD as agreed. Applicable VAT applies. The specific payment terms (deposit, partial payments, monthly fee) are set in the individual contract with each client.
5. Implementation and delivery
The timeline is defined for each project and starts once the proposal is accepted, the corresponding deposit is paid and the necessary information is received. The client agrees to provide materials for which they hold usage rights. If the plans or data require additional production or correction, that work may be incorporated into the scope.
6. Intellectual property
Mapio, its base platform, code, components and methodologies are the property of Proaxdata or its respective licensors. The plans, inventories, content and data provided by the client remain the property of the client. Rights of use, hosting, access, specific developments and deliverables are detailed in each contract or proposal.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The conditions for cancellation, scope changes, deposits, refunds and support are set in each project's proposal or contract. Work already performed and third-party costs incurred are non-refundable, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Limitation of liability
Proaxdata is not liable for: (a) interruptions caused by failures of external providers such as Mapbox, Google Maps, Hostinger or AWS, (b) commercial decisions made by the client based on information shown by the platform, (c) use of the platform for purposes other than those described in the contract.
9. Changes
Proaxdata may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with the update date.
