Proaxdata, developer and operator of Mapio, based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data it receives through the website mapioland.com, its forms and the services related to Mapio.

2. Data we collect
When you request a demo, contact us by email or WhatsApp, or start a project with us, we may collect:
- Full name and job title
- Company or organization
- Email and phone / WhatsApp
- Project information: type, location, scope, users, plans, data, layers or operational needs
- Additional requests you share with us
- Technical data: IP address, browser, UTM parameters if you arrived through a campaign
3. Purposes for using your data
- Contact you to handle a demo or information request
- Provide commercial follow-up on your project
- Prepare proposals, contracts and documents related to the development and implementation of Mapio
- Improve our products and services
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data transfers to third parties
To operate the site, respond to requests and deliver the service, we may use providers that process data solely for these purposes:
- Hostinger — hosting of the mapioland.com website
- Resend — sending the internal notification email when you fill out the form
- n8n / Proaxdata CRM — recording the lead for commercial follow-up
5. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights) under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. To exercise them, write to us at contacto@proaxdata.com with your request.
We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your UTM parameters if you arrived through a campaign, so you can navigate between pages without losing them.
We also use Google Analytics 4 (ID: G-WD8SSJT2ZX) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, time in each section, traffic sources. Google may use cookies for this. If you want to block them, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on in your browser.
